Invoicing, VAT and Customs Clearance for the United Kingdom

ATELIER BOX invoices in euros (EUR), exclusive of taxes, from its French registered office, under the B2B export regime applicable to commercial transactions between France and the United Kingdom following the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union.

UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20% is applied separately by the appointed carrier at customs clearance into the United Kingdom and remains fully recoverable by the UK Customer via its standard VAT return submitted to HMRC. Customs duties, where applicable, are likewise managed by the appointed carrier (DHL, UPS or equivalent). No additional administrative formality is required from the Customer.

Prices may be displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) on the atelierbox.co.uk website for informational purposes and reading comfort. Invoicing remains established in euros, exclusive of taxes, with the EUR/GBP exchange rate fixed at the date of order validation.
